Coercion

Coercion refers to the act of using physical force, threats, intimidation, extortion, or abusing one’s power over another person, or using other forms of pressure to take advantage of that other person’s fear or desperation, in order to make him or her engage in an activity that affects negatively his or her physical and psychological well-being.


Imprisonment for 3 years
