The right to freedom of expression and the press may be limited to prevent confidential information such as a person’s medical record from becoming public. The right to freedom of expression and the press may also be limited for the purpose of maintaining the authority and independence of courts or regulating telephony, wireless broadcasting, television, or the exhibition of cinematography films.
